Delivery Terms
At EliteSoft.store, all products are delivered digitally. We specialize in instant software license keys and therefore do not ship any physical items.
Method of Delivery
All purchased items are delivered exclusively via e-mail. Once your payment is confirmed, the license key or digital product will be sent directly to the registered e-mail address provided at checkout. Please make sure your e-mail is correct to avoid delays.
Delivery Time
We process orders every day, including weekends and holidays. Orders are typically delivered within 30 minutes during working hours.
In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to:
- High order volume
- Payment verification delays
- Security/anti-fraud checks
- Email provider issues (spam filters, inbox full, etc.)
If you do not receive your order within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact our support team.
Instant Delivery Items
Many products in our store are Instant Delivery, meaning they are sent automatically once your payment is confirmed. You will receive:
- Your product key
- Activation instructions
- Download links (when applicable)
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a valid e-mail address and ensuring they have access to it. If a customer enters the wrong e-mail address, EliteSoft.Store cannot be held responsible for failed delivery.
Support for Delivery Issues
If you encounter any delivery problems, our support team will manually resend your product after verifying your order.
